With nearly two decades of dedication to finance and accounting, Eliza brings a wealth of expertise to the table as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Eliza’s passion for numbers, dedication to client success and commitment to continuous improvement have led her to start her own journey helping clients maximise their potential.

Throughout her career, Eliza has had the privilege of working in mid-tier accounting firms and the Australian Taxation Office. This diverse experience has equipped Eliza with a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, tax obligations, and the intricacies of financial management.

“My driving force is my client's success,” where she is deeply committed to understanding a client’s unique goals and helping them achieve their "end game." Whether optimizing internal business processes, refining cash flow management or ensuring compliance with tax obligations, she drives results that make a difference.

She has a proven track record in business development, fostering valuable partnerships, and managing stakeholders. Eliza’s ability to identify growth opportunities and nurture relationships has contributed significantly to our clients.

JOSH LIDDY

CO-FOUNDER // DIRECTOR

Josh has more than a decade of experience in the accounting industry with extensive knowledge and experience in SMSF, structuring, property investment, taxation and business advisory. 

Josh's “no problem is too big" attitude allows him to break open a problem and help clients find the best way forward for their finances and for their business. 

 Josh is able to translate accounting and finance jargon into plain English so clients have a good understanding of where they sit financially and the avenues they can take to grow their finances and their business.

Clare Barratt has over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses, with 6 years as a bookkeeper and 16 years as an Executive Assistant. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and has a strong background in managing financial processes with accuracy and care.

In her time as an EA, Clare was hands-on with the financial side of things — from payroll and HR to keeping the day-to-day accounts running smoothly. That experience, combined with her bookkeeping skills, means she understands both the numbers and the people behind them. Clare is passionate about keeping accounts accurate, organised, and stress-free, so her clients can focus on growing their business.

Jo has built a well-rounded career in accounts and business support, with experience spanning accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. She has also run her own business, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges small businesses face.

With a love for numbers, problem-solving, and client communication, Jo enjoys finding efficient solutions tailored to each business. She’s especially passionate about using modern cloud-based software to streamline processes and make financial management simpler.

Since joining One-Space, Michelle has been inspired by the vision and drive of her clients. She’s passionate about supporting their journey with expert bookkeeping and accounting, helping them stay compliant and focused on success.

A qualified CPA with a double major in Accounting and Finance, Michelle brings over a decade of experience in banking and insurance. Skilled in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools, she transforms data into actionable insights, streamlines operations, and delivers tailored financial solutions.
